How long will my order take?
All window orders are manufactured after the order has been received so depending on the finish you want on the frames it can take between 7 days to 3 weeks. Double glazing can take upto 4 weeks to produce.
Shipping
All our orders are sent out next day via APC Monday to Friday. Orders dispatched Friday will arrive the following Monday. If you require delivery on a Saturday contact us for a price.
Returns
DAMAGED GOODS and SHORTAGES - Claims for damage and/or shortage must be made in writing within 3 days of delivery. Claims for non-delivery must be made in writing within 10 days of the date of the invoice. No goods returned except by prior written agreement.
